Pons HP 40
The FlexBox HP 40, ready for the race at Le Mans
Garzó, with a good race pace, will start sixteenth; Baldassarri, twenty-sixth.

Qualifying practice Saturday at the Le Mans Circuit with a bittersweet taste for the FlexBox HP 40, as both riders were unable to square a good lap and the sensations were good.

Garzó in the morning qualified directly for Q2, with the eleventh fastest time, and he faced the timed practice with the intention of replicating that time but some problems with the front tire prevented him from doing so. He finally set the sixteenth best time, with a time of 1:37.277 and he is confident of putting in a good performance tomorrow, as the race pace is very good.

Difficult day for Baldassarri who continues to suffer from the problems he has in the rear of the Kalex. The FlexBox HP 40 rider suffered a crash in the morning, luckily without any physical consequences, and that had reduced a bit of confidence in qualifying, in which the problems with the rear tire continued. He will start from the twenty-sixth position and wanting to come back in the race.

Héctor Garzó, 16th, 1:37.277 (+1.021)
"This morning the sensations were good, feeling very well and setting a fast time right away. In the afternoon in the official, it was difficult for us to square a good lap as I had problems in the rear, but despite that the pace is good and we know how to fix the problem. We are ready for the race."

Lorenzo Baldassarri, 26th, 1: 37.907 (+1.176) *
"Today was not a positive day. We had a bad crash in the morning but luckily I didn't hurt myself. In qualifying we weren't able to warm up the tire and it prevented us from doing a good lap, but I hope to come back. in the race tomorrow."
